Aloo Pakoda
Ingredients
1 medium size potato
1 cup gram flour/besan
2 tbsp rice flour
½ tsp carom seeds/ajwain
¼ tsp red chili powder
¼ garam masala powder
a pinch of asafoetida/hing
⅔ to ¾ cup water
½ or 1 tsp chaat masala powder for sprinkling on the pakoras
a pinch of baking soda (optional)
salt as required

Its the only oil I use…what else is there thats as healthy and tastes so good!
Love it! The fresher the better. I also can’t imagine anyone not loving it. Olive oil makes everything better!
